server not responding

i have been trying to unlock my mifi modem huawei e586 but have been unable to log in with my account despite having topped up credits. i then opened a new account and topped with further credit thinking i might have lost the password to my first account. but despite the fresh log-in details im still unable to login to your servers... please kindly help me check

You mean you receive error connecting to server? If so, then try to connect now. Now should be ok.
