Your dongle id is visible on dc-unlocker program left bottom corner. Please provide it. Also tell us ip address that you make connection from, if you say that everything works from another computer it is most likely that ip address is blocked.

Please be more carefull in the future while using dc-unlocker, violating repeatedly user agreement might end up in permanent block. You were now unblocked and should be able to login again.

constantly working with three jtag boxes, man can forget to turn them off before connecting the dc-unlocker

This is the 3rd time you got blocked for same reason, if you get blocked one more time i won't be able to unblock you and your situation will be discussed by others, please be more careful in the future while using dc-unlocker.
