    error code 62

    Hi,

    Buy 7 credits, check login ok, but when i try to unlock my E5331, gives me error code 62 - unable to connect to server. Can you help me?

    Please write your username that you received after credits purchase and we will check, why do you receive this error.
    Also, it may be that device which you try to unlock is overtaking the connection. Try to detect modem by these instructions: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/HiLink_m...nlock_tutorial
