Error connecting to server

Initially i tried with my username tbvenkat and tried with hipay password. After few tries i got my credits updated into dc unlocker and i received username and password. Now i am getting Error connecting to server. Please resolve this issue to use my account and credits.

Well there are no blocks on our side on your ip address or username. Problem is somewhere on your side, please check firewall if its not blocking connection to server for our software, antivirus software might also be blocking it. If you are connected to internet through proxy or vpn you will get this error as well.

I disabled antivirus and switched OFF the firewall, now i am getting the below message

Its like if you would have a block, please check your ip again if it is still shown same one.

I was able to locate the block related to you, the ip is different 122.174.178.98, there were too many incorrect login attempts therefore you got blocked. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.
