HUAWEI E5776s - LOCKED ON EE UK - Error code 62 unlock failed!

Hi,

Could anyone please help!!!

I've been trying to unlock this device with no success, using DC unlocker versions (.0005)(.1034)(.1045)(.1057)

I'm abroad and only have a 4G router using a sim card to access the internet, and obviously the DC - Unlocker program needs to access the internet to unlock the device, but when I connect the Huawei to my laptop using USB (using Mobile Partner software), with the new simcard inserted. (You can see where I'm going with this...) I have no internet. (Obviously)

But what I've done is accessed the internet using my Galaxy Note 2 as a Hotspot and still coming up with this error message, because for some reason the Huawei is overriding and both connections are showing as providing internet... (When both are connected at the same time I have no internet connection)

I've read a few of the other threads but I'm still lost.

PLEASE TRY TO RESPOND IN "UNLOCKING YOUR WIFI DEVICE FOR DUMMIES LANGUAGE" because I am the most un-geeki person you have ever met.

Could you write your username that you received after credits
purchase? Then we would be able to check, why do you receive this
error.
You may receive this error because router that you try to unlock is
overtaking your connection also. Try to detect and unlock by these
