Not Supported Error and Quoting Different Model

[ALD2355]

I am getting an unsupported error and DC Unlocker is quoting a different modem. The dongle is a Huawei E367. I have used both automatic and manual detection.

The modem works fine with the original card but I need to use it in a different country.

I have tried with and without the SIM card and updated the firmware with no success. I have also used the latest DC Unlocker software.

Does this mean that there is a problem with the modem? Thanks

Sorted

I updated to v1066 and this is the one that did not work. Reinstalled my old version v1057 and it worked fine.

Not sure of the reason but this is now solved.

Maybe there were more modems/routers or phones connected to pc during detect time?
