Huawei E5331 Unlock

Hello,

I am having problems completing the unlock.
Username: uindc7-829004

I am working online and everytime I plug in my E5331 unit to unlock it, the unit overides my internet connection and prevents me from completing the unlock.

I do not have a sim card in the device, but it tries to log in anyways, then says No Sim.

But when it tries to log in, it supercedes my wifi connection from a different device

Any suggestions for how to turn off the connection form the E5331? I have check the manuals but don't find any suggestions.
