I cant open software, no detect dongle

Make sure you are using latest dc-unlocker software https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/oj3xOlok, try to reinstall it. Run it as administrator. Check in device manager if any process starts related to dc-unlocker when you double click on icon to start it.

I run under XP. Never get problem with my dongle, but now its the first
My Dongle is Unikey.

If I connect the dongle on a USB port the sw not open, but if run without the dongle the sw open
The dongle is bad ?
How I make to read the serial number of the dongle ?
