    Hello,
    I got this message every time I try to connect to my account :

    "Check account status


    Error connecting to server !"

    What can I do to fix that ?

    Let us know your username/dongle id as well as ip address that you connect from.

      Heya! I just registered and getting the below error aswell. My username is krzko and IP is 27.32.9.103.

      Error connecting to server !

      Any help would be awesome. The modem is a Huawei e3572. Cheers.

        Try connecting now. Now should be ok.
