Dc dongle question

Im gonna buy the dc dongle but, on the hompage under credits it says " Credits for DC-unlocker dongle and activated Vygis or Rocker dongle needed for one operation" does this mean i need the dc-dongle and a activated vygis or rocker dongle?

It is a price list for DC-Unlocker dongle and other dongles - Rocker and Vygis who have dc-unlocker activation on them. (DC-Unlocker dongle has dc-unlocker activation by default).
