Are you able to login into server when modem is disconnected from pc?

Make sure modem is not being used by any other service/program on pc only then this error won't appear. If counter is blocked make sure modem is detected with both com ports for counter reset to work.

it shows firmware not supported........and the *do job* in the unlock side is not clickable

There should be not original (other p[rovider than device is locked to) sim inserted at detect and unlock time.
