Sierra Aircard 760s

My unit can be unlocked but is already, but when I try to connect to the internet, it only keeps on going back to the firmware page of teltra/bigpond (bigpond.4G).

Also when I tried to reset the unit and unlock again, the error shows:

Error connecting to server !

Error code 62


unlock failed !
