But when I try to voice unlock my E1756 it says there is monitoring software... I am using NOD32, does it qualify as monitoring software?
No, there is a sniffing program on your computer as i said earlier and it doesn ot allow you to perform your wished action. If you do not know which progeram it is try to perform service from another computer then.
