You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.
Hi. I have the same problem. I just purchased some credit. I did a receive an emails saying, the right credit was successfully added to my account. It did not give me any password though. On the website though, it timed out(trying to connect to the server, I guess) and an Order ID was given: 0N7479817J815274F

You have bought as existing user thats why you need to use same username and password which you received after first purchase.
Here is no block and all servers are working.
Please write ip address thatį you use forė connecting to server. Then we would be able to check more why you receive this error.
