Could you write me your username or dongle serial number? I will check here. You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet connection at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

Error 64 means no pasword. Enter the password you have received after bought credits. Or connect your dc-unlocker dongle and press check login.
