after farmated my pc dc unloker say unknown error (119) how to solve plz help

some days ago i formatted my today i run new setup my dc unlocker say unknown error (119)
my dongle id is 01323375

You get this error because hidden processes are running on your computer, restart computer and try again, otherwise you'll have to use dc-unlocker from another computer.
