When I get started und check my account, the following happens:

Credits left: unknown

Error code = 246

I cannot find out, what hinders the connection. Please help. Thanks

now I have unlocked one stick with another computer someone gave me, so maybe my account looks good. But that not the solution. I have more sticks and I have to do it on this computer the next days. Please help me to get the system on this computer running, here I still get the same error message.
