i have E5776s-32 4G and i have tried to reset the counter but only get nothing

First of all you need to have dc-unlocker software installed on your PC. You can download it from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/KiqIqSB . Then run detection of your device, how to use dc-unlocker software watch one of these tutorials : https://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials .

yess i have dc unlocker and i have username too but the problem is how to reset the counter? i ve tried

It was answered already for how to reset counter, you can't do it by AT commands. You can do it only by direct unlock.

It means your device is detected as unlocked, there must be invalid sim inside during detect/unlock procedure.
