    Same problem, please help us!

    I have a sierra Unite 770s, it is from AT&T, im in the Philippines now, when i try to check log in it always appears error connectiing to server, aside from that it doesn't detect the modem when i try to search for my device, i need to unlock it as soon as possible

          No blocks on your username, let us know IP address that you connect from as it might be blocked. Make sure to connect not via proxy or vpn as connection won't be possible then.

                No blocks on our side for your username or IP address. Make sure if you do not connect directly that provider is not blocking connection to our server, check antivirus software and firewall too, otherwise you'll have to use different connection to internet or from different pc.
