Today I purchase new DC Unlocker Dongle but unable to access support area?

Today I purchase DC unlocker dongle from authorized reseller but I am unable to access support area please need help dc unlocker team I am getting this error please the image. Please this is urgent.

Check your IP address here http://www.whatismyip.org/ there are currently no blocks on your dongle. Make sure you can log into server first from Server tab, by pressing check login button. If you can not connect check if firewall or antivirus software is not blocking connection, connecting to server via proxy or from vpn will result in connection error as it is not possible to connect this way.

You're IP blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.
