Hello, I 've got this error : Error connecting to server ! Help





When I try to see the history by cliking on "Access support Area" Ive got "Failed to get support area link!.
What can I do ? I bought 4 credits to unlock a 1752 dongle.

Please provide your username and IP address from which you try to connect to our server.

You had a block on your account because there was running a sniffing tool/software on your computer from which you have tried to access our servers. You'll have to uninstall such softwares from pc, only then connection will work. Block removed now. If you are not aware of what program might cause this then you should try to log in from another pc if you have this possibility as multiple blocks for same reason will result in permanent block.

I havn't any sniffing tool . I desinstaled an RS232 serial client, and it still not work.
I'll tried on an other computer.

Well there are no blocks left now on you, what message you receive now when you try to log in?
