why my remaining credits gone as my support expired?

i had 34 credits but now it show 0 ...my support period has expired..........if i renew my support will my credits back ???????
.........very bad move from dcunlocker team..........we cannot unlock even older models if our support expired?

Just received email about dongles purchased in 2011 and before 2011 require support renewal.

What do I have to do to maintain my credits and dongle support?
