Free support for dongles users (new dc-unlocker software versions, files in support area, live support and etc) guaranteed for 1 year. For new dongle users free support period starts after first unlock or other operation done by dc-unlocker. For dongles purchased in 2011 and before, free support ends on June 1 2014, for rest dongle users on October 31 2014.

Valdemaras has said the same above mater and with that i purchased a dc key on Feb 2014 that means after u people released the new user agreement but now its showing expires on 15th Nov 2014 so plzzz y dont u people check it again about this who purchased the keys in 2014 give there one year support from the first opertion of dc key so kindly think about this again
dont mix the 2014 dongle user with 2011 2012 2013 ok

who purchased dc key in 2010 they enjoyed ur service for 5years
who purchased dc key in 2011 they enjoyed ur service for 4years
who purchased dc key in 2012 they enjoyed ur service for 3years
who purchased dc key in 2013 they enjoyed ur service for 2years
but who purchased dc key in 2014 we didnt utilize ur service for FEW MONTHS
so plz give us our one years support dont change ur promise which u people relesed the new agreement on 15 NOV 2013

y means u people r saying after the user agreement dongles one year from the first activity and i chat with u in online also on 24th jan 2014 after that i purchased in feb 2014
but y its shoing lite that support will expire on 11/15/2014
once again check about ur agreement released date after ur useragreement only i purchased ok

after the user agreement who will purchased they will get one year suppoert from the first activity

like me so many r suffering and they thinking bad about this so ur use agreement released date is 15th Nov 2013 u may once again cross check
