b683 +error code 141

Hi all, I am trying to unlock a Huwaei B683 router using dc-unlocker. I have 7 credits on my account as requested. When i try doing the automatic unlock it comes up with error code 141, the results are below:

unlock failed !


Please help, this is the second device i have had trouble with which dc-unlocker is supposed to be able to unlock. I think i will stop using this software as it seems to be next to useless nowadays!

Solved via live support chat. Unlock counter blocked - not possible to unlock.
