Support till ? What does it mean?

I would like to know what does "Support 1 year" or "Support 2 years" means in purchasing credits? I think all dongles are being supported directly if it occurs problems? Please explain how does it work. Also, I would like to know the https://www.dc-unlocker.com/feature-compare (for unlimited unlock), does it still work if the "Support till" already passed? Please give more information about that.

Support for 1 or 2 years means how many years you can receive and use latest versions of dc-unlocker software. No, support is not in credits. You need to purchase support, not credits. More information here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dongle-support
All versions work that were released before support end date. If for example unlock required 1 credit in old version but is free in new version you will not be able to use new version if support is not renewed and unlock with old version will require 1 credit.

Yes, if support expired you will not be able to use new versions and unlock new modems.
About unlimited, models that were added to unlimited till support expire date will remain unlimited, But if there will be new version on huawei or zte activations you will not be able to use it with expired support.
