There are no blocks on your dongle, make sure to use latest dc-unlocker software https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/2vAYsc7c , let us know ip address from which you try to connect, maybe it is blocked.

So as i understood after you launch DC-Unlocker while that 09557e84 dongle is connected to pc, software immediately closes?

Seems like your dongle is damaged/broken. there are 2 available options in this case then:
Option 1. You send us this dongle that does not work for you and we send you brand new one that works
Option 2. You keep dongle that you have (it will be blocked), pay us 15 euros, and we then send you brand new one
