Prohibited process detected

I get this error message when I try to check my account "Server access denied (prohibited process detected)".
I have uninstalled WireShark and SerialMonitor software...

What's happening? I just bought credit!

Provide your username and IP address, maybe block is now on one of them.

Same problem. IP: 10.5.1.36. it's used by local wi-fi network so lots of users under that mask. i tried using other local GPRS internet access - same problem. prohibited process means something? may be antivirus conflict or some restrictions from os (8.1 x64). It would be nice to have a solution

ip i mentioned is temporary so may be u can unblock me by login (ofam_9103) so i can use service once and forget about it or help me to unlock my device (give all codes needed). i paid for something finally =)
Oh and i bought this acc via http://www.imei-server.ru/ it claims its ofcial reseller of yours. have to buy via them cause not having paypal or cc valid for direct payment to you (tried)
