user blocked due to monitoring software

Running windows 7 pro with Windows Defender turned off (real time scan), but not uninstalled. Still complained about monitoring software. And user is now blocked. please help (xpacket)

You was blocked because there was usb scanning/sharing service running on your computer while working with dc-unlocker. Block now removed. Please make sure no such software/service is left running or you will get blocked again. Receiving multiple blocks for same reason may lead to permanent block. If you do not know what software causes this i suggest to try from another pc.

thanks. But do you have an FAQ on a clean windows 10 PC, what are considered monitoring software/services before I try another PC? should Windows Defender be disabled? what else?

No, we do not have such FAQ about cleaning computers. We also won't be able to advise on what softwares could cause this as this is users responsibility to know what software on his pc provides what services. The problem is definitely not related to antivirus software.

Just to clarify that I was not asking help to clean up my PC, instead, I'm going to find a cleanly newly installed windows 10 to avoid confusion. I hope some native windows services would not intervene. that's what I was asking. But anyhow, will give it a try. It is more involved than I had expected. Saw many others were having the same problem reported in this forum..
