problem connect dc software with vygis box

Hi team i have vygis activation for DC unlocker but evey time i restart computer and when i run dc unlock software it showing vygis not connecting
but vygis is connected so what i have to do is i have uninstall vygis driver install vygis driver again and try few time turn on dc unlcoker software then it works again
why is like that? why always this problem i have correct driver so why this happened?

It might as well be hardware issue which we won't be able to help solving then if reinstalling device does not help. Can only suggest to try another usb port on pc.

Hi is it possible I can France's account ? Cuz I just renew account for 1 year and I have 41 credit can I just normal user name and password so I don't have to connect vygis box?

Unfortunately, but not possible to make sure account from dongle one.

It is blocked because of USB activity scanning.

Your computer runs usb activity scanning service/software therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again. Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.
