Problem with support area

i just activate dc-unlocker in my best dongle . the problem when i click ''access support area'' button in software browser not launch support , nothing happen

Hello,
Is there any modem/router connected to pc while you try to access support area? If there is you should try to disconnect them. Also try to press enter support area from a different software, like Huawei CDMA unlocker and see if it's same.

problem solved after reinstall windows.
