    Hello,
I tried unlocking my USB modem. Tried a couple of times and got the error message. Then I read site and saw WinPCAP (Wireshark) was outlawed. Uninstalled that. Still error then relised USBCap was outlawed. Now I am truly blocked.
    Can you please unblock philinbris?
My IEMI ends in 419. I dont see any other useable ID number in DC Unblocker.
    Thanks

We need your username or dongle ID to check for blocks.

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.

          Thanks for unlocking.
May I suggest that the message we get saying you are running monitoring software - it would be good to mention examples of such software eg
          - Wireshark
          - WinPCap
          - USBPCap
          etc
I had no idea what it was until it was too late - I thought the monitoring software referred to was Antivrus, Spybot etc and used up all my tries before I went to your website to work out the problem.
          Thanks
