Error=379 zte icera

Hi iam an infinity best user with dc unlocker full activated
i have a problem with zte icera it always gives this error 379
when i try to unlock modem or when i check my account and the program cant read my dongle user it says
Account status:
User: 00FF800000
Credits left: unknown

Seems dongle not detected correctly or there are multiple dongles connected to PC, please disconnect other boxes/dongles if there are any, connect infinity dongle to another usb port directly on pc and check again.

i diconnected all boxes/dongles same probleme used clean pc same probleme

What does it shown on dc-unlocker client when dongle is connected?

Is your dongle connected directly to usb port on pc or via usb extension cables or usb hubs?

yes directly to pc and tryed with 2 pcs

i contacted with live support and he says that its a probleme with icera prog

Finally probleme fixed i tried tens of dongles and i broken one is working fine thank you team
