i have been infected by fake police virus i thing that are the problem.

i don have winpcap installed but i find this driver npf.sys and i dellet the file, after restar my windows does turn on, was restarted nonstop, i had to restore the system.
please dont block more dc-smart-cards, the solution is simple, don no let to open dc-unlocker software if someone have drivers not allowed.
Now i thing that i have again this file because i restored my pc
Please unblock my card.

You got blocked again for same reason.
Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed LAST TIME. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc.

It is allowed if you manage to make it work as it requires some serious port forwarding skills from user to make device work and appear in VM.
