dongle blocked because of monitoring software

hi, i need to unblock my dongle.

i don't know what monitoring software i have in my pc

is is hotspot shield?

but it is off. so i am wondering what to uninstall. i dont have winscap driver.

dongle is s/n 20063533

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.

thanks for the unblock. i will try to remove hotspot shield. it is the only something about network that i have on this computer.

i got blocked again. even on new pc.. please unblock again for the last time. i will use another pc again.. sorry for the inconvenience.
