Phone not found

Hi Community.. i bouth numerous credits now. in total 34.. fixed my bricked p9 plus.. thank you..but i cannot read the boot loader code !!
i go into manufacturers mode.. and then get 5 unknown devices in the device mangaer named VIE-L09... i right click and say update driver..and go the the downloaded files.. but no driver found is the answer. with all five...
i even tried to choose from the list... com ports.. and modem.. then assigned the driver.. i see them all but.. no phone detected. please.. i need help here.. i have no clue what else to do

Download and install hisuite on pc.

oh... of course i have HISuite on my PC... i tried on my laptop as well.. clean.. installed Hi Suite.. i see 5 new Devices either called Vienna or VIE-L09.. but no drivers for them. when i use your manual help.. no driver software found for those.. i need help that goes beyond your manual please.. i spent all weekend.. sending für 34 credits.. and reading all there is :-)

Solved via live support chat, solution was to try on different pc with different OS.

Thnanx for the great support.. its not working on my Win 7 64... on none of the three pcs i tried... finally on XP 32... easy
