Bought 1 credit to voice activate a Huawei E1750 but I am unable to use the program

I am unable to use dc-unlocker.
On one machine I get:
Server access denied (prohibited process detected)

On another machine I get an error about monitoring software - I uninstalled all Pcap drivers and still I get this error.

yes, I was able to but not without jumping through hoops. I had to use a Win XP VM and change my IP address because I was banned it seems.
