I paied 15 euro for nothing

I have some problem with my Mate 9 phone an today I decided to use Dc unlocker for FBR Unlock (I have the OEM unlock greyed out on OFF). I paied 15 euro and I tried Factory Reset Protection Erase and although aplication say that all is OK and FRP unlock OK, my FRP in fastboot is still lock and OEM unlock is stil greyed.

I think I was stupid and I didnt read enough, my english is not quite good...My mistake ...

In this case can you help me to give back my 15 euro credit for I try to flash stock rom in my Mate 9, because now I am stuck on eRecovery boot? I ask you to get this because I paid but I dont use the service. Is too much for me to try again at risk. Thanks

Thank you verry much, I will use the credit for flashing my Mate 9. It is possible in my situation: my phone enter in stock bootloader and in eRecovery, but is in boot loop eRecovery?
(I am sure that I read you will refund my credit, but the post dissapear, isn't it?, I am wrong?)

LE: Boot only in eRecovery and from buttons can enter it in Recovery. That is all.

Yes i will add credits back, but i noticed you haven't mentioned your username yet so i can't If your phone does not boot you definitely do not need any unlock, need to try to repair it.
