Unable to log in with new account

Hello, I'm trying to use the DC Phoenix tool but am having trouble logging in... I just made an account and am attempting to use that to log in but it says wrong username or password. This is all I know. Can anyone help?

I read a forum from last month here where the issue apparently was usb sharing service was enabled and had to be turned off... can someone explain that to kind of a n00b please?
