Need Help Huawei U7510 ( Phone not found )

Hello

First, sorry for my bad English

I have Huawei U7510, I tried to unlock it with Dc-unlocker software but i couldn't

I installed PC Suite and everthing is fine (Photo 1)



and the port is 4

I tried to connect automatiqually in Dc-unlocker, but it show that the phone not found (Photo 2)



I tried to connect it manually, but the same problem (phone not found) (Photo 3)



and the strange thing that when i try with HUAWEI MODEMS it show me some information about the phone (the imei, ...) (Photo 4)

I hope you can help me guys

You should make sure you have completely closed pc suite of your phone on pc, otherwise if it runs, it is using port that phone works on and dc-unlocker does not have access to it for detection, full guide here
