dc unlocker unable to detect Huwawei E8372

I bought credit to unlock my Huwawei E8372 wingle but DC unlocker is unable to detect modem.

I tried different versions and different operating systems, Windows XP, 7 and 10

here is the log for your reference:

ok this is getting irritating now.

DC unlocker finally decided to detect my modem,. then it asked for 3 extra credits. and so I bought it.

now I have enough credit but the unlock button is dimmed!

but during my attempts to make the unlock work, I tried to downgrade the firmware using "Huawei HiSilicaon Firmware writer" because as shown in the previous screenshot, DC unlocked stated that a firmware may be required.

sadly the firmware downgrade did not work, but it deducted 4 credits.

can you please refund the 4 credits so that I can try to unlock?

To what operator it is locked to? have you tried to unlock it from given software above for another person?

It is locked to MTN Ghana...
I've not tried to unlock from the software for any other person...

Well if it's not unlockable from that given software then it is not possible to unlock it at all as it is not available for flashing to generic firmware version.

The thing is, I've never used that given software (dc unlocker) to try unlocking the device. A friend of mine sometime ago tried using an unlock code on the device which didnt work. Since then, I have not tried using any software to unlock it. I only used dc-unlocker to get the device detect info which you earlier requested for.

In fact, I really want this device unlocked. Any form of help will be greatly appreciated...
