my account is blocked

i use vygis to active DCunlocker, vygis Dongle ID : 0001329C

i just download the lastest version 1001392. then now it say my account is blocked. may i know why?

if it is because FlexiHub , i just uninstalled already. thx

Do not know why, but it may be the cause. Block now removed. Make sure you do not have any usb scan/monitor services running on computer you launch dc-unlocker from.

done. thanks for unblocked. i tried to unlock E5577c driver ok. but get erroe 37. any ideal

Version of your modem is not supported for unlock as mentioned in update info.
"If firmware version begins with 2x.3xx.<...> unlock not possible, no way to flash it either, no solution"
