Hey there. I need an advice from a person ho knows these things.

I have a Mate 10 Pro with relocked bootloader and FRP locked. I can boot into eRecovery and fastboot but I cant get my phone to start normally. What I need for an advice is, what can I do with DC software to solve this and how much should I pay?
