I have bought credits for HCU and can still not use the software? on paypal it shows credits taken. i have confirmed my identity on paypal again. and still cant use the software. NOTE im using the software for the first time, the first pc.
can you please unblock my account

If you made a payment via paypal then log into email box which is linked to paypal account, there will be a mail that contains verificationlink, after you click it accountwill be verified and accessible, please check spam box as well.
