Unable to login dc-unlocker or dc-phoenix

I have purchased the HCU & DC-Phoenix time limited licence. I can't seem to log in to any of dc-unlocker (It shows "server access denied prohobited process" and immediately crashes) or dc phoenix (it shows session error and then crashes).

From reading similar errors on these forums it seems the quickest solution might be to run the apps on a fresh install pc with nothing else on it. I can do this but then I would need dc support to check for and remove the following possible locks:
1) a prohibited process lock ?
2) a 48h time limit on changing pc's because I am going to change pc's

Please can you check for and remove both locks?


Obviously with a time limited license I would like to get this resolved or refunded asap.

This has been resolved. For anyone with similar symptoms, dc-unlocker apparently checks for a blacklist(?) of software present on the machine it's running on. I have a development pc with lots of network and protocol software on it. If the program runs and detects a blacklisted app just once, it seems to immediately set a blocked flag on your account so there is no point spending time trying to uninstall software and re-run/troubleshoot dc-unlocker.

It also does not seem to run in a VM.

Get your account unblocked, wipe the pc, install it with no other software, then it runs ok.
