HCU application error on startup

I have the HCU & DC-Phoenix time limited licence. When I download the latest HCU app 1.0.0.0277 from http://hcu-client.com/ via the link in the dc-unlocker signup email, it crashes straight away with the attached error message. This is a clean Windows 10 x64 build deployed just to run the dc-unlocker tools.

Can you please advise how to resolve this?

Confirmed that installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes resolves the issue. Thanks.

FWIW, these components are not received via Windows update. They are addons that either get installed by other software or need explicitly installing.
