Huawei Mate 10 Pro BLA-AL00 - Erase Huawei ID

I'm having a issue trying to remove Huawei ID from my phone. I already purchased the 15 credits and followed the steps and installed HiSuite. I keep getting "Phone not found" when using DC-unlocker client software V1.00.1403. I took screenshots if that helps.

I am running Windows 10 Pro 64bit

If there something I'm doing wrong?

It doesn't work. I get Not supported/unknown chipset!

Any other advice? Can I safely downgrade to 8.0 Oreo from 8.1?

Ok, so it won't work. We do not have downgrade solutions.
