Access denied (too many incorrect logins)

at first my hcu started giving me this error that my username or password is incorrect while it was working yesterday.
after resetting my password now i am stuck with above error.
please resolve it as soon as possible cause I need to do some urgent work.

No blocks on it at the moment, if still can not log in provide your public IP address.

I can check server now with 4 credit
but now i found another error
When i click read info
"Unknown error 743".
And try with hcu client show error "make sure the device in manucfater mode or fastboot".
Driver is oke , my pc can detect my phoone both on adb and fastboot.
Or my device is not supported? Honor 9 lite l21 with november security patch.
Noted that i've done to switch my phone to manucfatured mode.
