    Error code 62, "Error connecting to server!"

    Dear DC-Unlocker Team,

    I purchased my 15 Euro worth of credit an hour ago and am attempting to unlock a Three (3) network "MiFi" (Huawei E5830) dongle which is detected by your software. However I am unable to log in using the "Server" tab (it returns "Error connecting to server !" and I'm unable to unlock (the process seems to be followed ok, but I get the error and no unlock).

    I have turned all firewalls off and have a wired ethernet connection via a router which is also not blocking any ports (only for the purposes of this test) and my ISP is not filtering or blocking any traffic. I am not monitoring any traffic and have no packet or port sniffers running and there is no antivirus or other firewall running and yet I still cannot connect. I have read other posts in this forum about an over-zealous blocking mechanism on your server, could it be that my IP 78.86.193.4 is blocked?

    Please can you advise?

    Try connecting now. Do not use registry monitor when use dc-unlocker.

      can you help me because im trying to unlock ZTE MF622 Modem and when im check login, its says that "Error connecting to server !" can you help me pls.? thank you. you can reply in my email at [email protected]

        Could you write me your username that you received after bought credits?. You should check, if you have internet connection at unlock time (but not with modem you are unlocking), check, maybe firewall or other software is blocking the connection. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

            Do not start any other unlock software at time when you use dc-unlocker. Now should be no more error conencting to server.
