Problem Not Resolved for my Smartphone

Hi I have a Honor V10 in the state of Brick I bought some 19 Euro credits yesterday. But DC-Phoneix can't fix it. In practice I followed all the guides downloaded Huawei COM 1.0 drivers but I do not detect my Honor V10, so I am not spending the credits so I kindly ask for a refund. I have tried also on another PC but nothing. Now I will bring my smartphone in assistance.
