Hi everyone, please i am currently writing a code (program) that communicates with 3g/4g pocket wifi router/modems...
I do want the program to detect imei changes on the network, hence enlisting and delisting device imei on the server list..I have not been lucky to get enough modems to try out every feature. I decided to come up with a solution of changing the router/modem imei before it is connected to the network each time. I would like to ask if this is possible and if yes will it have an effect on the firmware of the modem/router as there are bound to be multiple changes to the imei.
I would appreciate every advice/suggestions from everyone.
